"Hannah, when will you stop attracting wounded birds?" Said my dad when I was teenager. At that time, I did not know what he meant. My story started when I did not even realize it was being written. I am a helper. God instilled in me the intense need to help those around me. This need has gotten me in trouble!! But this trouble shaped me into who I am today.
I am a recovering S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) addict. I also call myself the accidental health nut. Growing up, the modern conveniences (food, household products, beauty products, and modern medicine) were the normal status quo. I had no idea that not everything was beneficial for me.
I stumbled into this wellness world by accident. After I was introduced to the world of running, I wanted to find something that would support my body in recovery from strenuous running. I had heard about a drink that was plant based and extremely beneficial to the body. After researching about this product called NingXia Red, the rest is history.
Since experiencing the wonderful benefits of NingXia Red and learning how to support my body's wellness, I want to share this with the world. I want everyone to know the feeling of health like I have experienced. I view our lives like a 1000 piece puzzle. There are so many parts that make the whole and they are all seeking balanced. When one piece is missing the picture is not clear. The tools are there, we just need to be educated to find them.
Being able to live this beautiful balanced life is one I want to teach you!
I used to struggle with making healthy choices. Every trip to the store left me confused by labels and options. I wanted to do better, but I wasn't sure where to start.
Then I discovered that not all things available to us are safe. This realization hit me hard and changed everything. It was a wake-up call to focus on what really mattered for my well-being.
Now, I've turned that journey into something positive. I help people who are struggling the same way I was. I share simple steps and tips for real life wellness.
If that's you, get in touch—I’d love to help.
